Wc Cancel order Pro is the extended version of wc cancel order plugin, it provides you various options and settings to manage order cancellation functionality in your woocommerce powered store.
Settings/Options #
Request cancellation: #
Order status selected in “Request cancellation” will allow your customers to send only cancellation request, they won’t be able to cancel their order from my account section, the cancellation request sent by the customer will require admin/store manager approval.
Allow cancellation: #
Order status selected in “Allow cancellation” will allow your customers to cancel their order without requiring admin approval , they will be able to cancel their order from my account section, the cancellation request sent by the customer will not require admin/store manager approval and the order will get cancelled directly.
Approval status: #
Order status will be turned into the selected status if admin approve the order cancellation request raised by the customer.
Decline status: #
Order status will be turned into the selected status if admin decline the order cancellation request raised by the customer.
User role: #
Cancel button will only appear for the selected user roles, user with different user role won’t be able to see any cancel button or won’t be able to send cancellation request.
Cancellation options: #
Store manager or admin can add the cancellation option, these options should be one option per line without any html tag, added option will appear in cancellation popup box and customer will need to select any of one option if these are made required.
Cancellation option required: #
it will make the above “Cancellation options” required, so customer have to choose any of one from the given “Cancellation options”.
Text input: #
If the “Text Input” settings is enabled it will add a textarea in the cancellation popup box , Store manager or admin can make this appear always or appear only when specific “Cancellation options” radio is selected or even can make it display always.
Text input required: #
it will make the above “Text Input” required, if the text input is enabled.
Hide cancel button: #
if store manager or admin want to disable and hide the cancel button after specific time then they can make it based on the order time.
Time option: #
Cancel button will be disabled and hidden after order passes the time selected in time option, it could be in minutes, hours, days, months and years.
Customer note: #
Any text entered in the “customer note” input will appear in the cancellation popup box, store manager or admin can use this as to display any information or note to customer who are going to send order cancellation request.
Allow guest cancellation: #
if “Allow guest cancellation” is enabled then customer will receive a unique order cancellation link in their order details email and they will be able to send a cancellation request without logged in.
