Wc Cancel order helps store admin to manage order cancelation functionality in woocommerce-based store.
Settings/Options #
Request cancellation: #
Order status selected in “Request cancellation” will allow your customers to send only cancellation request, they won’t be able to cancel their order from my account section, the cancellation request sent by the customer will require admin/store manager approval.
Cancellation reason: #
it will make the “Cancellation reason” input required in the cancellation popup box.
Customer note: #
Any text entered in the “customer note” input will appear in the cancellation popup box, store manager or admin can use this as to display any information or note to customer who are going to send order cancellation request.
Allow guest cancellation: #
if “Allow guest cancellation” is enabled then customer will receive a unique order cancellation link in their order details email and they will be able to send a cancellation request without logged in.
